RCA is an american company based in Nasvhville, its a flagship recording label of Sony music entertainment.
RCA is the name of three different co-owned record labels. RCA Records is the Pop, Rock, Hip-Hop, R&B and Country music label.
RCA Victor is the label for blues music, world music, jazz, musicals and other musical genres which do not fit the pop music mold.

Not only do they advertise individual artist under them, but they also promote them. Hence this reason, I would like to release my artist under their record label, another advantage with RCA is, they don't only specialise in RnB genre but they also specialise in other genres, giving my artist the flexiablity to swap genre without the hassle of signing up with another record label.
My 5 example vidoes all have a bold personality which offcourse is influnced by RCA record label and thats what I'll be wanting from a potential record label, the bold apporach to target and entise its target audince.
I've learnt about the importance and the influnces that record labels impacts has on indivdual artist. Record label can either make you sucessfull and wellknown or they can tottally cramp your style and completly change who you are and what your music is about. I've aso learnt that there some record label that gives you the flexibility to branch into another genre as they specialise in more than one genre. In all I've leanrt that when it comes to choosing a record label you want to choose one that gives flexibilty and also supports you as an artist, rather than having negative influence on you as a artist they impact positive influnces such as presenting you as a bold indivudual throght the promotion method.
